-Proof of renter's liability insurance–we require tenants to have renter's liability (covers damage that tenant does to the rental property) in the amount of at least $300,000.
PETS ARE ALLOWED ONLY UPON APPROVAL OF MANAGEMENT. IF A PET IS APPROVED, TENANT MUST PAY:
$45 per month in pet rent
An additional $150 deposit
BOTH THE ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT AND 1 MONTH'S WORTH OF PET RENT WILL BE REQUIRED AT SIGNING AS WELL.
