Description

Lovely 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhome in a great Nampa location. Just minutes to the freeway and shopping, and close to downtown Nampa!

Home has a nice kitchen with tons of cabinets, pantry, counter space and breakfast bar. All kitchen appliances are included! Home also has washer/dryer, private fenced patio, ample closet space, and a third upstairs room that is great for an office, den, nursery, storage or even a small bedroom.

Units are energy-efficient, and all electric. Each unit has extra soundproofing in shared walls for extra privacy. Each townhome is pre-wired for internet and cable or satellite.

Tenant pays for their electric and a portion of water/sewer/trash. No smoking. One pet allowed with a separate pet deposit of $300, non-refundable pet fee of $100 and $15/month pet rent. - there are breed and weight restrictions for dogs.

Security deposit is equal to one month of rent. Renters insurance is required. This property is not approved to accept housing vouchers.
