Shadyside Giant Eagle Market District as well as CMU campus and all of the shops, restaurants, and bars on Walnut Street and Ellsworth Avenue can be found within a 2 mile radius.
There's a shared patio in the front, coin-operated laundry in the basement, and limited off street parking behind the building.
All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
