The first floor, one bedroom unit features hardwood floors, exposed brick, ceiling fans and large windows. It has a well equipped kitchen with black appliances including a dishwasher and a built in microwave. The bedroom has a walk-in closet. There is electric baseboard heat, and a window air conditioning unit. Tenant pays electric only. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash.

This building was originally built over 100 years ago as a single-family mansion and has since been converted into 5 apartments. The common hallway has the original wainscoting and a beautiful window seat between the first and second floor. The residents share a covered front porch and coin-operated washer & dryer on the 1st floor. Each unit has storage in the basement. There is relatively easy on-street parking.

Whole Foods, Aldi, Giant Eagle-Market District, Target, and Trader Joe's are all within walking distance. Shadyside Hospital and Children's Hospital are within walking distance as well, as are tons of shops, restaurants, and bars.

All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
