Residence is perfect for working professionals or students to rest and relax after work/school.
Rent Agreement & Utility
- Students and/or professionals are all welcome.
- Rent will be $1400 room and Private Entrance and Room with Full bath and small kitchen( like studio) available
-furnished or unfurnished upon request
- Rent does include utilities (gas, water, electricity). Internet (WiFi entire house) Included central heater/AC( Room has thermostat u can control)
-Security Video Surveillance
Location
- The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, it's a good place to live considering it's near to Las tunas and Rosemead (many shopping centers & restaurants).
Household & Parking
- Newly painted and Remodeled.
- The room is furnished plus laundry room inside the garage (washer/dryer) (This is only thing you share with other tenants)
-The room has Small kitchen with Refrigerator,Stove and Microwave
- 1 Car parking. next to garage I will assign the space
-Quiet time must be observed at night for the peaceful enjoyment of the property for everyone. Most are working professional or students that must sleep at night.
House mate
- Looking for someone who's is friendly, clean, and easy to get along with.
- Minimum 6month to 1 year
- Rooms are available for move-in, one month deposit is required( $1400 )
Total Move in Fee
1400( first month Rent)+1400( Deposit)=$2800
Guests:
Only occasional sleepover guests are allowed.
Lastly, looking for non-smokers, non-alcoholics and no drug addicts, no pets; expensive habits which affect other roommates and bring unwanted drama.
