You will have an upstairs private room (unfurnished) and a shared full bath, with access to utilize the kitchen and backyard. There is a laundry room upstairs as well which you are welcome to utilize (just provide your own soap and dryer sheets, please!).
Monthly rent includes all major utilities including WiFi!
I occupy 1 of the 4 bedrooms. Neither I nor any of my other roommates have any kids but I do have quite a number of dogs ranging in sizes. While the pups won't have any access to your room (unless you want them too) they will be part of all the shared aspects of the house. Don't worry, they're super cute and loveable, but if you're scared or allergic, this is not the home for you unfortunately..
