Big fully furnished house with a renovated backyard. We are taking an extended vacation so renting our house.
## Weekly garden cleaning and monthly housing cleaning are included in the rent. ##
The bottom floor has:
* 2 living rooms. Both with gas fireplaces. One is an adult room, one we use as a baby playroom.
* 2 bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own access to outside and plenty of light.
* 1.5 bathrooms. Full bathroom in between bedrooms and half bathroom in the kitchen.
* Large remodeled kitchen.
Top floor:
* Master bedroom with large ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet.
* Den that was converted to a baby bedroom.
* Balcony facing the green backyard.
There is a 2 car garage, but one of the places will be taken up by my project car and the motorcycle. If you can fix them you can ride them :)
Available for rent from Feb to August 2022. Ideally can rent for 4 months, preference will go to those who can rent for the entire period.
