Close to the Hawaii Kai shopping centers (Costco, Safeway, Longs, etc.), the post office, plenty of parks and beaches.
Access to unit is through stairs on the side of the house. Quite hours are 10pm - 7am. Single tenant occupancy. Tenant shall not cause or allow any unreasonably loud noise or activity that will disturb the other house occupants or neighbors. This studio unit is below another living space therefore some noise from floor above should be expected. Renters insurance required. Not pets and no smoking (no exceptions). There will be a $55 application fee to run background check. Lease will be for 1-yr initially and then month to month after.
