The home is within walking distance to Publix (10min) and Walnut St. Bridge (20min), and sits ontop of a hill which allows you to enjoy the beautiful Chattanooga sunsets from the front porch, or catch the early sunrises from the back deck. The house is relatively new, with brand new flooring, paint, refrigerator, and laundry. All bedrooms are upstairs. A half bathroom is on the first floor.
The master bedroom is large (15x13ish), has a private balcony overlooking Stringers Ridge and Hill City, a large walk-in closet, double vanity sinks in the bathroom, a bathtub with jets, and a walk-in shower.
The two other bedrooms are smaller (11x12ish), have large windows that overlook Northshore, and have decent-sized closets, and share a full bathroom on the second floor.
Our favorite aspects of the home are the location and mountain views from every bedroom. Its a relatively quiet neighborhood, so we would like renters who are also relatively quiet. Our neighbors mostly keep to themselves. Zoned for Normal Park.
We require a 12 month lease. Tenant is responsible for electricity and water/sewer. We are interested in tenants with:
