This oceanfront condo offers a bright and airy master bedroom with a King size bed, a small private balcony with ocean views, and a private restroom with a garden bathtub and separate shower. The second master suite also offers a King size bed and private restroom. There are two other guest rooms one offering a Queen size bed and the other with two twin beds. The guestroom with the queen size bed has direct access to the hallway restroom. There is a TV in every bedroom!
Also for your convenience, this condo includes wireless internet and a washer/dryer! Xanadu III-705 has a fully equipped kitchen with oceanfront views, perfect for preparing your beach snacks or gourmet meals. We have a comfortable living room with plenty of seating and access to the oceanfront balcony.
All of Southern Coast Vacation properties are non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed on the balcony. Motorcycle friendly-all motorcycles and trailers must be parked across the boulevard in the overflow parking. The overflow parking is not paved. Pets are not permitted at Xanadu III.
A processing fee of $300 is due prior to move-in.
