Tenant is responsible for gas, water, and electric. Rent is $750/mo; security deposit is $750. Your pets are welcome, with a reference, nonrefundable fee of $150 per pet, and rent increase of $25/mo. No smoking. We do charge a $40 application fee (per adult) to check credit and references.
