Mayfair 2nd Floor - Welcome to The Village!

The Mayfair is an affordable 1 bedroom floor plan. Upgrade your 1 bedroom living space to this elongated style adding more square footage than our Knightsbridge floor plan!

This 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom is the first of our Garden Style units. This means welcome home to a patio/balcony and outdoor storage closet! We all need more storage in our lives so come check out the linen closets, and built in shelving!

All apartments at The Village come fully equipped with all appliances! This includes a fridge, 4 burner stove w/self cleaning oven, disposal, microwave, dishwasher and washer & dryer!

We take care of water, sewage, & trash removal cost. Our tenants pay for gas and electric which is based off of individual usage. The Village has partnered with amazing companies for internet and television. This means that for $27.50 per month our tenants enjoy INDIVIDUAL fiber optic internet (100 mbps) and 50 digital channels! This package we call "the communication fee" is an amazing value! We offer our tenants amazingly fast internet that is individually password protected! Long gone of the days of shared internet & slow connection! The Village is one of the only places in town with internet this fast! This works great for students or people who love to stream Netflix, or Hulu! Our first floor units do not have AC but our 2nd and 3rd floor units do!

Living at The Village means you get to use our lounge (great for parties), gym, theater room, computer room (FREE PRINTING), kid's playroom, and game room FOR NO EXTRA COST! We also provide on-site management and a dedicated maintenance team.

The Village is located right next to highway entrances and is down the road from BYU-I!
