Home has a full kitchen, has an in-house washing and dryer. Street parking but we are located at the end of a cul-de-sac so it's never been an issue.
The home is located in the Incline District, 5 minute walk to Queens Tower, Incline Theater, Incline Public House, Bloc Coffee. 10 minute walk to Somm Wine Bar, Veracruz Mexican Grill, and there is a new butcher shop and bakery going in. The home is located on the top side entrance of the Incline District walking path.
You can get downtown in 5 minutes, hitting no lights. Easy access to River Rd, 75/71. Uber costs to anywhere in the city plus Newport and Covington is around $6 when not surging. UC and Xavier is 10 minutes away and about 2 miles.
