The windows offer plenty of natural light and also allow a nice breeze in the summer, to compliment the views. The small kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, small stainless steel fridge and built-in microwave oven, to provide all the necessary conveniences. -Sorry, no dogs. Cats allowed with add'l deposit of $250/pet (2 pet max); restrictions apply
-NO EVICTIONS or debt owed to prior landlord, as permitted by law
-application fee is $45/adult
