Qualifying Process
In order to schedule a viewing you will need to contact us by phone to answer a few questions about your income, so that we can pre-qualify you to rent the property. If you prequalify to rent the property, each adult will need to complete the 1 page questionnaire (no charge). There are several ways that you can qualify to rent this property.
1. If you have maintained employment at the same place for at least 1 year and earned at least $25,000 in 2020.
2. If you and another adult who will be living in the property combined with your income amounted to at least $25,000 in 2020 and are both currently employed.
3. If you did not make at least $25,000 in 2020, but you have someone who will guarantee that the rent will be paid who has maintained employment at the same place for at least 1 year and earned at least $25,000 in 2020.
No application fee. After you view the property and decide that you would like to rent it, there is a $25 fee for a background check.
Viewings for those people who have prequalified on the phone, and, have completed the 1 page questionnaire which is attached, will be scheduled for this and next week.
