Unfurnished Condo in Black Rock Ridge - Sunny and clean end-unit condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Black Rock Ridge! This property has been lightly lived in and well cared for. This spacious residence has south-facing windows that flood the property with natural light. Enjoy stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen, and a master suite with double sinks, a separate tub/shower, and a walk-in closet. The property also has a gas fireplace, deck, in-unit washer/dryer, and a private 1-car garage and 1 exterior parking spot. A well-behaved pet is negotiable with owner approval and a $500 non-refundable pet deposit. No smoking. First and last month's rent, as well as a $2,500 security deposit, are required prior to moving in. Available for a 12-month+ lease only.

UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity, gas, phone, and cable TV/satellite. The resident is also responsible for removing snow from the patio/deck as well as replacing water filters, maintaining the water softener salt levels, and monitoring the alarm system (optional). The owner pays for internet, trash, water, and sewer. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Black Rock Ridge is a quiet neighborhood northeast of Jordanelle Reservoir. It has amazing views of and convenient access to Deer Valley Resort and is just a 10-minute drive to Main Street Park City! This community grew quickly and is far enough away from the bustle of Park City to feel relaxed and rejuvenated while still close enough to enjoy the year-round outdoor activities, shopping, dining and nightlife it has to offer.

APPLICATION: The application fee is $75. Each adult tenant must complete and submit an application. Application fees are nonrefundable. Applicants are judged on the same standards on a first-come/first-serve basis, one person or group at a time. The owner does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, familial status, or source of income.
