Heating: Forced Air Gas Furnace - Propane
Cooling: Swamp Cooler (evaporative cooler) may be provided. If provided then tenant is responsible for it's maintenance.
Tenant Pays:
Propane ( 500 Gallon Tank - approximately 500-900 gallons per year used. At cost of approximately $2.5 per gallon, so $100-$180 per month avg.)
Electric(~$60/mo, High Plains Power).
Owner Pays: Septic system clean out and for well water and power for well water.
1 Year Lease: after which goes month to month with at least 60 days notice prior to move out.
Charges paid by tenant at lease signing: Security Deposit, Lease up fee $125.
Charges paid by tenant at move in: Rent charge (pro-rated from move in date to end of month).
No Smoking.
Generally no pets: but a pet may be allowed in some circumstances with a $50/mo pet rent per animal + $250 refundable pet deposit per animal.
