This private room has its own private bath in my 3 bedroom, 3 and half bath townhome in Alpharetta. Convenient location less than 4 miles from Avalon, 6 miles from North Point, mall , 10 miles from Canton St. Roswell, 30 minutes to downtown Atlanta and many wonderful restaurants and shops available close by.
Photos included are of the room and common areas in the house.
Not looking to get along like best friends but it's always helpful if I am able to vibe with you even a little bit. Male or female is ok. Generally prefer people around my age (38) but anyone is welcome to inquire.
Rent is $950 per month and includes all utilities (water, electricity, gas and internet)! This also comes with a professional cleaning service that is 1-2 times a month (though this is to take care of common areas like the kitchen, living room and additional half bath) as you will be still responsible for your own personal space.
Some info about myself: I'm a 38 year-old male, software developer and music producer that was born and raised in Portland, OR. I have been in Atlanta area for a year and half. I'm clean, non smoker, and I work from home. Every now and again I'll socially drink and perhaps go to a bar a night or two a week.
Please no loud music at night during the week, smoking, dogs (cats ok), overnight guests during the week.
Everyone buys and uses their food (I don't mind sharing a few things), toiletries, soap etc.
Agreement is month to month but prefer those who wish to stay longer. Rent is due by the 1st of each month.
