This is to reduce the risks for our tenants, prospective tenants and our staff. Individuals who do not wish to wear an appropriate face covering or who are unable to do so for medical reasons can discuss alternative tour arrangements, with the building manager, such as self guided tours or a video tour via Zoom, Skype, Google Duo or Android Video Call. If you need to use Apple's FaceTime or another video calling service we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate that request.

Security is dependent upon credit and rental history. Minimum $900. Additional security may be required for applicants with limited credit or rental histories.
In addition to advertised rent, tenant pays:
Water/Sewer/Garbage billed by landlord $50/occupant monthly
Applicants with Pets:
Pet deposit equal to security deposit
$400 non-refundable pet fee.
