This house also has a good sized living room and kitchen. There are laundry hook-ups in the kitchen with room for a small tables well. There is also a front porch and a patio off the back door. Washer and dryer can be rented.
Alley access to the back yard with if street parking right up to the back patio. A storage shed is conveniently located in the back yard.
Pet deposit/pet fee equal to a half month's rent is required. Half is refundable. Pet rent typically $35/month and pet deposit also applies if the pet(s) is approved.
Renters insurance is required.
Online applications and leases are available. Paying rent is also made convenient by having choices of direct allotment, ACH payments via checking account or credit/debit cards. We also accept checks and money orders. Putting down the security deposit can be done on-line as well.
Clay Center is a wonderful small community about 35-45 minutes to Manhattan or Junction City and 35 minutes to Fort Riley. We have everything you need for day to day living located right here in town. We built a new water park a several years ago and a playground/park as well. We also have a nice free zoo which has been renovated and rebuilt in 2019/20, public library, private country club and public golf course and many more activities and attractions. This is a great community to raise a family in or to just get away from the JC/Fort Riley/Manhattan area.
