We rarely have studios come available in our building because they are really a small one-bedroom apartments. If the bedroom had a window, we would call it a one-bedroom apartment... But we have one available now.

The best of everything in walking distance...MCAD, Eat Street, the Greenway, bus lines and grocery stores.

You pay for your own electricity and the landlord provides all heat, water, trash, and recycling.

But the best part is the staff. . . We are friendly, fun, and outgoing.

We do background checks on all applicants and there is a $35.00 application fee for all adults. We check credit, criminal, rental history and income. We don't look for Mother Theresa, but we also don't want trouble. If you are clean, quiet and maybe a little quirky (but still quiet), you will like it here.
