Applicants must meet Keener Management’s standard credit and criminal background check.
Required documents for certification include: 6 most current pay stubs, 6 month’s savings and checking account statements, most recent quarterly statements of investment accounts, two most recent tax returns with W2s, proof of all other income and assets, proof of completion of IZ Orientation class.
In keeping with IZ guidelines, priority will be given to waitlist applicants:
1) Householders residing in DC
2) Householders working in DC
3) Households will then be ranked by length of time on the waitlist
