HOUSE: 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full house privileges with some restrictions- no storage.
AREA: i80/antelope road
OCCUPANTS: Currently 2 males. SINGLE OCCUPANCY ROOM(S) ONLY (meaning one person per room).
SAFETY: two security doors, Alarm system, and 24hrs security cameras recording 24/7 with cell phone monitoring. common areas have cameras (kitchen, hall way, living room) house is in a safe area near many businesses and restaurants.
ROOM(S): 1 room(s) available (575.00) street parking only. refundable Deposit 675.00 (can NOT be used as last month's rent): Due at move in day
NO cooking in room, NO refrigerator in room, NO storage in room, NO microwave in room, NO TV mounted on wall in the room. NO heater in the room. ROOMS are inspected every 6 months.
UTILITIES: divided equally by number of tenants generally is about 55.00 per month
LEASE: Lease agreement required -month to month. Must be respectful of property be clean and clean up after self. Must be respectful of others work schedules and sleep times.
DRAMA: Drama free. This is a quiet, clean and well-kept place.
PARTIES: there are NO parties FOR TENANTS. However, I do have work get-togethers once in a long while about 6-8 people attend, tenants are welcome to attend.
PETS/CHILDREN: NO pets and NO children (0-18 years of age) (children are destructive and make too much noise and they don't clean up)
EXTRAS: Free Wi-Fi and Netflix, close to Walmart, gas stations, freeway...
SMOKING/DRINKING: Smoking and drinking are allowed - it must be legal, it must be done outside. No drunks or drug addicts (you will be swiftly removed)
