4. Each unit is responsible for organizing and paying for their own garbage and recycling bins and the timely removal of the garbage and recycling from the property.
5. Each unit is responsible their own TV provider and/or internet.
6. Laundry is shared in the basement / 1 car attached garage area. Upper unit has access around the side of the house and through a key code garage door.
7. The upstairs has use of the one car garage/ laundry room as a storage area, should they choose with the knowledge that the lower unit has access to this area for laundry.
8. The landscaping at the front and side of the properties are the responsibility of the upstairs unit. The back yard area is shared between the two units with areas for each.
