I'm a mid 50's female that is looking for a clean, safe & responsible FEMALE to share my living space.
Share my condo in a quiet, safe, gated community, one exit from Akron/Canton airport. We would share the down stairs and kitchen. I would have the upstairs and you would have the master bed room (16' x 18') located down stairs as you see in the pictures, with fire place, walk in closet (5' x 8'), your own attached private bath that has an extra-large walk in shower. Your bed room also has sliding glass doors that you can walk out to the deck/dock by the water.
The backyard patio is so peaceful, especially when lit up at night with wood and gas fire pits. There's also a swimming pool with a kitchen area, plus use of the pedal boat. It's like being on vacation all summer long!
Note: I don't have a basement so I will not have any additional storage space for your extra items, boxes and furniture.
