We are a group of 3 business professionals whom lease a single family home, each paying for their own room rent in order to afford the whole house rent. If we do not find a 4th room renter or renters, the 3 of us will all be displaced and have to find other living arrangements in July and be moved out before August 1st, instead of welcoming our new housemate in July! We love our home and our location and do not want to move. If you visit here to view the room and the home, you will fall in love with it. We only have 3 short days to find another housemate! Will that new housemate be you? We are offering a huge 20ft 8in x 15ft 6in Master Bedroom which has it's own Private Bathroom and a Sliding Glass Door leading to a manicured Back Yard. The back yard has a picnic table and a Gas BBQ Grill for your entertaining. The Room has 2 Double Size Closets and Built in Cabinets. The room is Unfurnished so you may decorate as you like. The home is fully furnished and we share all dishes, pots and pans, ect with you. So if you own nothing, all you need to do is furnish your bedroom. A full size washer and dryer are located in the 2 car garage. Some storage space is available. This spacious single story home is located in a quiet, family oriented South San Jose neighborhood. Full use of Kitchen and All Common Areas. Close to Safeway, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Multiple Restaurants, and a Shopping Mall and Good Samaritan Hospital. No smoking, no pets allowed, no acceptations. The Master Bedroom tenant has 1 Driveway parking space, and if second car is owned by a Couple than second car must park on the street.
