There is a small living room at the front of the house with the bedrooms on each side. The large living room and kitchen are at the back. The kitchen has a pantry and cabinets all the way along both walls for storage. There are also storage cabinets in the hallway and laundry room. The property has three rental units on it with this unit attached to another at the front. The patio by the kitchen and living room is reserved for this unit. There is one shared mailbox for the property, so residents may want to get a PO Box. The garage is not for residents to use.
Utilities: Residents will be responsible for all utilities except trash. Electricity is ratio billed until separate accounts are ready. Water is ratio billed. Residents will need a propane account. Ratio billing divides property bills by the number of residents in each unit.
Parking/Storage: Uncovered parking spaces in front of the house.
Laundry: Washer and dryer provided in the laundry room. They will not be maintained.
Heating: Propane wall heater and wood burning stove.
AC: Window AC unit is installed in the larger living room. It will not be maintained.
Pet Policy: Maximum two medium dogs(50lbs.) allowed by approval with $50/mo. increased rent and $500 increased deposit. No cats.
