Furniture Many people have their own furniture and bed. Depending on the quantity of furnishings you have, it may be possible to put some of our furnishings in storage so you can bring your own. This rental is ideal for a worker on contract who is not traveling with furniture.

About Me: Leaseholder- I was the Community Director of the Hedonisia Hawaii EcoFeminist Community for 14 years. Sadly, in the 2018 Kilauea volcano eruption, Hedonisia was destroyed. I moved to Portland where I manage HedoFeminista community web projects and plans to rebuild back home in Hawaii.

Apartment Rental Flexibility - This is a normally a 2-bedroom apartment. When I'm back in Hawaii, and my room is locked, it becomes a spacious 1-bedroom furnished apartment.
The rental is under a Temporary Occupant Agreement. As the long-term, leaseholder, I am responsible for enforcing the apartment rules. Under Oregon law, I am the official tenant so must have access to the apartment. I will access the apartment for short stays to get supplies in my locked room.
I would just love to have a friendly tenant(s) so we can share the apartment harmoniously when I visit.I will give prior notice when I'm visiting.
During Overlap Periods, the Rental Price will be reduced:
* DISCOUNT: For nights that I stay in my room, the rent is reduced by $20 a night.
* 1-BEDROOM: When I'm away the rent is $1015 per month and $160 in utilities = $1175
The rental is month-to-month. I am seeking a long-term candidate(s) who seeks a lovely, stable long-term apartment near Mt Tabor Park and would like to stay at least until April 2022.
It would be great to have a tenant(s) who resonate with the work we're doing in Hawaii. That way we have something to chat about during overlap periods :)
