Description

This is one of very few end-units in ever popular Chancellor Square, available next August to lucky renters! Chancellor Square is one of the most desirable places to live off-campus due to the incredible location in downtown Chapel Hill.

Unit E-9 offers a nice interior with lots of natural light, a spacious open living/ dining area, wrap-around kitchen w/ bar, two large bedrooms with private bath access, and all major appliances. Each bedroom features a built-in desk, dual closets with shelving and hanging rods and multiple windows (extra windows only available in end-units).

The living area is very roomy and has lots of windows as well as a bench-seat along the far window wall. Private laundry closet off the living area houses a new stacking washer & dryer (included). Fantastic location in town, just minutes to walk to UNC Campus, and also nearby to local buslines for when you prefer to ride around town.

Initial lease term runs approx. 12 months (first month prorated), with yearly renewal option thereafter. Security Deposit required is equivalent to the monthly rental rate, due prior to lease signing. Tenants pay all utilities (water & electricity). Sorry, no pets allowed. No smoking is allowed in the residence.

Parking passes are required to park in the lot and a limited number of passes will be available for purchase near the start of the Fall semester (current rate is $400 per pass - purchased through the HOA, Resource Property Mgmt.) Dunlap Lilley Properties does not govern parking or parking permit purchase or distribution.

For Covid-19 safety purposes, we are unable to offer in-person viewings of our Walk-To-Campus Properties. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. All members of a group must have applications submitted in order to move forward.
