THE STORY
At a young age, William O’Kane had an entrepreneurial vision. He became a licensed realtor at the age of 21 and acquired his first rental investment at the age of 22.

In 1978, Bill purchased his first three flats. Upon growing to 400 units he determined it was necessary to form a management entity, thereby embarking on the development of Group Fox. Today Group Fox proudly owns and operates over 4,000 apartments in 15 unique neighborhoods of our sweet home Chicago. Today, we’re still proud to be a family owned and operated business!

Situated on the corner of Dickens Avenue & Clark Street in Lincoln Park, this classic courtyard building is within one of Chicago's most sought after neighborhoods.
