Master Bedroom with huge walk-in closet, no shared walls/floors/ceilings.
This space is ideal for a grad student or quiet working professional with an early schedule. We have some flexibility, so if you would like to start moving your things in a few days early that would work. We are all covid cautious and wear masks when we leave the house. We do not have visitors over (one or two is fine) and once covid restrictions relax we might have the occasional party. The day-to-day of the house is very quiet, though. There is a small flight of stairs up to the apartment and the apartment itself is two stories with no other tenants above or below. No pets!

covered parking space with security cameras
Dishwasher
2 gas heaters (although we are frugal with heat)
giant living room and balcony
large dining room and kitchen
private half bath with storage
two huge hallway closets
coin-op laundry on site
Roommates:
1) 30-year-old grad school student from El Salvador. She enjoys working out, cooking, and studying.
2) 26-year-old Japanese student who works at her family's store and is taking classes to be an EMT
