The private bedroom is nicely separated from the common spaces and is located in the back of the unit for added privacy.
The location is almost walking distance from ESPN and close to Rt. 72 for easy access to the major highways. Shopping, dining, golf course, a great park, are all close by. This is a commuter’s dream location near the Plainville and Southington lines. This is also a very well cared for complex with excellent management. A great spot.
A nice surprise is the wood fireplace in the living room adding to the coziness of this space.
The compact kitchen is efficiently designed and has good storage and cabinet space. It also comes with all the appliances like a dishwasher and microwave. The dining area is just outside the kitchen and is open to the living room.
The fiberglass tub and shower is easy to clean and maintain. The vanity is just outside the tub/shower allowing privacy in the shower, while allowing someone else to get ready using the bathroom vanity.
Another highlight is the stackable washer and dryer that is in the unit and included with the apartment.
The bedroom in the back is large enough for a king size bed and has an entire wall for closet space. The slider from this bedroom goes to patio adding some bonus outdoor living space. The sliders also provide a nice breeze through the condo.
Please keep in mind there is a strict application process that focuses heavily on credit. A minimum of 675 credit score is required. There is also a background, credit, job and income verification. Only one-month security deposit required with a strong application. One-year minimum lease. No pets allowed unfortunately (association rule, we love pets too). One assigned parking spot and additional spot are available. Tenant only pays electric! Heating is electric, but efficient because each room has an individual thermostat (low bills here). Brand new hot water heater just installed. All other utilizes including water, snow removal, landscaping, condo fees, trash removal is the responsibility of the owner. The condo is professionally managed.
