To qualify for one of our apartment homes, the following requirements need to be met. Monthly income must be at least 3x the rent. No evictions, second chance leasing or bankruptcies are permitted in our communities. Generally, misdemeanours less than 5 years and felonies less than 7 years result in denial. Criminal history is reviewed on a case by case basis through our 3rd party screening company. Credit and background screening will impact the deposit insurance.
