Parking is available on the street and the on left side of home in the driveway and room for 3- 4 cars.

In regards to space, this 2-story, recently remodeled cottage with 2 bedrooms and bath up and 1 bedroom and bath down provides lots of room. All appliances and furnishings are new and ready to use. The utility room is off of the kitchen. We provide many amenities such as Internet, Cable, Wifi, Air conditioning, workstation, microwave, washer/dryer, and kitchen space for entertaining.

The entire house and yard is yours to use for enjoyment and to entertain guests. There are lots or places to visit,

and within walking distance to GVSU downtown campus, Gerald R.
