This home has a double-door entry opening to the open concept of the Dining, Office, Kitchen and Living area with sliders opening onto the pool area. What a great place to hang out, watch TV, swim or have coffee on the lanai. You can eat your meals at the dining, kitchen or lanai table-or maybe you prefer to just set at the counter. The kitchen sink also has a reverse osmosis and there is a pantry for storage. The living room has two leather reclining sofas to enjoy a game. The Master Bedroom Suite has a walk-in closet (One closet will be locked for owner use), King-sized bed and sliders to the pool. The Master Bath has a walk-in shower and double sinks. On the opposite side of the home is the remaining two bedrooms with the second bath in between. Bedroom One has twin beds and a walk-in closet. Bedroom Two has a Queen-sized bed and a TV. The guest bath has a tub/shower and single sink. Inside laundry and two-car garage. The back yard has a privacy fence so you will have privacy for those mid-night swims. This home is on a well, so there is no cap on water usage however there is a $200 cap on electric.
NOTE: We only require owners to carry internet. Some properties may or may not have cable. Other charges may apply (ex. Taxes, etc.. ) We do not do showings on short term rentals as we usually have tenants occupying. We do monthly minimum rentals.
