Click on View Details / click on Contact Us button to submit a Leasing Inquiry / Guest Card... Please take note of the specific Available Date. Normally ALL TOURS are set up ahead of time, BY APPOINTMENT only… with PHOTO ID…

QUALIFIERS: Applicants are processed separately on 4 qualifiers: Credit Score 675+; Income qualified at 3x’s the Rent amount; Background Check; Good Rental History. Security Deposit $300 (on approved credit; pending application decision)... $600 if Co-signer needed… Any Co-Signer must submit an application within 24 hours and must be fully qualified… Having NO Credit, will not qualify, so plan ahead if need a Co-Signer. You must pay rent online through your own resident online portal – which you will set up after application is approved, and we send you the link.
Applications are submitted online at [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] Click on 'APPLY NOW' to send us your APPLICATION ($50 per applicant. All applicants over 18 and co-signers must submit an application. Must attach your proof of income and a valid photo ID to application. Please fully complete all areas of the application; missing info will delay the decision process. Renters Insurance is mandatory, proof prior to move in.
We are not offering any short term leases in the 2021 Lease Year. We do not allow Winter move out dates – no lease end dates September through February.
We do not allow month to month leases, as we require a 2 full months’ notice to renew or vacate, due at least 2 full months prior to your current lease end date.
We do have an apartment transfer fee and roommate change fee (requires mgmt. approval). We do not allow subletting.
City Gables 1BR and 2BR floor plans to choose from, with prices ranging as follows: (A-1) 1BR from $875 to $1050… (B-1) 2BR/1BA from $1200 to $1350… (B-4) 2BR/2BA from $1250 to $1400... (B-7) 2BR/2BA from $1250 to $1500… All prices depend on style, floor, floor plan or view – per availability
- One FREE underground, heated assigned parking space per apartment (additional free parking in our spacious above ground lot ).
- Outdoor heated pool with spacious sun deck. CLOSED due to covid19
- Free use of the clubhouse {clubhouse is a fully remodeled community room with full kitchen, dining area & visiting area}. CLOSED
- Each floor has a Laundry Room w/Card Readers, Trash Chute and Storage Room with FREE storage locker.
- Our Pet Policy is Cats only. No dogs. Pet Deposit is fully refundable $150 Pet Deposit; $25 Pet Fee per month.
- Each building has an elevator, which is centrally located.
- Each apartment pays their own utilities. Residents pay 100% of the electricity. Residents pay 90% of the RealPage/AUM bill which is the Water, Trash and Gas (heat). RealPage / AUM is calculated on actual bills in arrears - depending on weather, the bills peak & valley – $45-$125/month per apt; depending on usage (( Gas & Water allocations are calculated by # of days in a month, # of occupants and apartment size )).
We are 5 blocks from U of M St. Paul, and 5 miles from U of M Minneapolis… Metro & UofM Campus Bus stops blocks from home.
