The neighborhood is quiet and very safe, located on the old Deer Run golf course on a street with no through traffic. There is a neighborhood watch and an HOA in this small community.
My name is Lisa and I have owned this townhouse for 6 years. I live close by and am renting the unit to 2 female college students, ages 23 and 25, who both have part time jobs and have lived there over 2 years. Roommates are friendly and low key - not partiers. I am renting to females only - between the ages of 19 and 35.
PLEASE NOTE: There are 2 very friendly cats that live at this townhouse so if you are opposed to living with animals or are allergic, this might not be the place for you.
Lease is month-to-month with 30 day notice to vacate. Rent includes and high-speed internet, lawn service and pest control. The cost of electricity and water is shared between tenants and runs roughly $65 per person, per month. No pets. No smoking. On-site parking.
Credit check and rental references required (if available). For students and those with no credit history, references and credit history for a parent or other guarantor will be sufficient. For students with no rental history I need proof of employment and 2 personal reference letters. Thanks!
