Regarding Deposit of $2200.00:
Carpet cleaning charge will be removed from this amount. Regarding tenant damage: If it is not considered normal wear and tear, it will be deducted from this amount as well (see attorney general guidelines for what is considered "normal wear and tear").
Owners would prefer no pets BUT will consider one small to medium pet. All of our properties accept Service/ESA animals. No fees or extra rent will be charged for legitimate Service/ESA animals. Online certifications are not accepted.
Initial Lease Length preferred is: 6 or 18 months so owners can have this property on a spring/summer schedule and then 12 month lease available after that. However, this is not set in stone and the owners are open to another lease term with a strong application.
Renter is to verify all information
No utilities are included in the rental amount, however the home is on pressurized irrigation (owners pay for this), which saves hundreds in the summer months for exterior watering. Owner pays for yard care with the exception of pulling weeds from the flower beds and pruning shrubs.
The schools noted below are listed to the best of our knowledge. Renters must verify this information:
