Looking for a sublet

I am looking to sublet at a REDUCED RATE through the end of July 2021, with the option to renew the lease in June. Leases are 1 year.

Month of May would already be paid for. Can be available sooner, just ask!! Would be willing to discuss other incentives if you choose here/move in earlier than date listed.

Currently, my unit is less expensive than what’s on the site, I am away from the current construction so I don’t hear it, I have view of the neighborhood pond/our pool so you can see how many people are there or if grills are available, my building is attached to the clubhouse and all the amenities. This building has the car wash and pet wash station in the garage. I am 3rd floor, quiet neighbors, close to the elevator. Everyone is very friendly here! I have lived here since they opened summer 2018. Please message me so I can share unit info/notify the landlord that you will be contacting her for my specific unit. Applications are online and you must be approved to rent. Unit will be first come first served once you get in contact with my landlord Arika.
