You will need First month up front and a REFUNDABLE Security Deposit of $2000. ($1700 + $2000 = $3700). GREAT NEWS: I don't require a First and Last PLUS Deposit because I know that can be challenging for a lot of families! Will only accept a signed ONE year lease. (No month to month lease) and will only accept SAME family or couples. NO two different renters to share the costs.
