2- PROVIDE MLGW BILL WITHIN LAST 30 DAYS.
3- PROVIDE LAST 30 DAYS OF BANK STATEMENT.
4- MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OR MORE RENTAL HISTORY WITH PROVEN VERIFICATION.
5- MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OR MORE WITH CURRENT EMPLOYER.
6- MUST VIEW THE HOME PRIOR TO APPLYING.
7- NO PRIOR EVICTIONS WITHIN THE PAST 5 YEARS. ( THIS INCLUDES RENTAL COLLECTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN PAID AND DISMISSED)
8- IF UNDER OR EVER FILED BANKRUPTCY, MUST BE AT LEAST 5 YEARS OLD AND CANNOT BE A CHAPTER 7, NOR FILED ON A LANDLORD.
