- Income equal to 2.5x the rent (proof required, we do not accept unemployment as an income source)
- No evictions within the last 7 years
- No open criminal cases or history of criminal offenses within the last 7 years
- Good rental history (No rental history is okay provided you pass criminal & make 3x the rent monthly)
- We do not check credit
Monthly Rent is $1100 + Electric
Security Deposit is $1100
