Kind of hard to explain, but makes total sense when you see the layout. It's like getting a one bedroom apartment for the price of a studio.
The building has coin operated laundry and storage lockers in the basement, bike parking/storage in basement. Tons of street parking and IT IS NOT PERMIT PARKING! NO RESTRICTIONS!
