QUALIFICATIONS TO RENT:
1. Applicant(s) credit report needs to demonstrate good fiscal responsibility. A successful applicant will show accounts are paid on time. The only collections we will not consider against your rating are those that were medical related bills.
2. Debt to Income ratio should not exceed 20% of the applicants income (income can include vouchers and other valid sources of income).
3. Combined gross income of applicants need to be at least 3-times the monthly rent. Vouchers and Other valid sources of income will reduce this (ask for more information if needed).
