Those green cabinets, teal pantry door and trim around the windows and the fancy checkered tile: So. Much. Wow. I can't tell if the burners on the stove are red or just the lighting, but to that I say--bring it. It works. Look at that bathroom. Fancy. Possibly one of the fanciest iv'e seen with that mission-style tile work on the walls, lattice tile on the floor, stained glass window. *chef's kiss*
On to the living room. Beautiful decorative fireplace! One of the most ornate transitions between living room and dining room I've ever seen. More stained glass. That mirror. THAT LAMP! Goodness gracious, I've got the vapours. The bedroom: More stained glass! Corner windows! Bonus room! Gorgeous trim (really throughout the apartment, tbh).
Other important odds and ends. Fully fenced backyard, beautiful front porch (that looks like an excellent spot to enjoy thunderstorms), washer/dryer hookups in the basement, small rear deck. Central air and radiant heat.
If you can't tell, I'm smitten with this place. If you don't rent it I might consider it myself!
We accept two cats or one dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional.
