YouTube it: One Brick Shy. Thank/hate me later ;) No shortage of bricks here! You’ve got the obvious, exposed brick- but this place is also absolutely solid, like a brick or whatever. Seriously though, check out the fully suited kitchen with stainless appliances- a shitload of natural light and plenty of living space leading to your bedroom, your walk-in closet, and your throne room. Stay fresh without having to leave the house with an in-unit washer and dryer. Plus, everything is electric, so just one utility bill.
Great location in the Central West End with TONS of shopping and dining options, as well as great access to the highways and major hospitals. Off street parking is easy with an optional parking spot for a monthly cost.
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog(BIG'NS WELCOME), pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
