Its six story structure features green terra cotta and classical details representative of commercial architecture in the early 20th century. It is characterized by turn-of-the-century commercial buildings that have been converted into residential lofts, shops, galleries, restaurants, bars and nightlife following the city's 1999 passage of the adaptive reuse ordinance.
