Jointly leased, there is a security deposit typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Electricity, internet, and trash removal are tenant responsibility. Water is provided by a shared well, and sewer and yard care are included. Heat is electric baseboard and propane monitor, no AC. One small dog is negotiable with owner approval. There is a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent for any approved pet. Age and breed restrictions apply.
