Assigned parking for one car, Stainless steel appliances: Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave and Dishwasher included, Use of Backyard, Forced Hot Air in unit and Online Options for paying rent and making maintenance requests.

REQUIREMENTS:

1) Each financially responsible applicant must submit a rental application and pay a non-refundable fee of $35.00.

2) Financially responsible applicants MUST submit 1-month’s proof of income (most recent). If multiple incomes, you must provide 1-month proof of income per source. This includes government assistance for food, social security, and SSI if any. Total combined income MUST be a minimum of 2.5X the monthly rent.

3) Financially responsible applicants cannot have recent evictions in the past 2-3 years.

4) Financially responsible applicants must have a good credit report (not the credit score but the debt history/collections).

5) Each additional occupant over the age of 18 yrs old that’ll reside in the unit must submit a rental application, pay a non-refundable fee of $35.00 and provide a copy of his/her picture ID and SSC. (no income proof is required)

6) Move-in charges: 1.5-month security deposit + 1st-month rent.
