- One-time non-refundable fee of $395 for each pet, PLUS a $25/month pet fee per pet.

We do not have breed restrictions for dogs!

First-floor units have a weight limit of 75lbs.

Second-floor units have a weight limit of 35lbs.

~ Other accepted pets: Birds, Hamsters, Box Turtles, Lizards, Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Ferrets, and Fish. Pet fees vary, depending on your pet.

~ Pets not allowed: Snakes, Turtles & Insects
